Washington Square Park Dog Run

THE WASHINGTON SQUARE PARK DOG RUN 2016 CALENDAR!

The Washington Square Park Dog Run Association is responsible for the care of the of the park's two runs, located in the heart of Greenwich Village, NYC. The Association is managed by volunteers, and relies on donations to pay for the $15K in supplies and equipment needed to maintain the runs annually. More than a thousand dogs and their owners visit the run every week.

The Washington Square Park Dog Run Calendar is our fundraiser. Dog owners donate between $25 and $150 to feature their dogs. Sponsorships range from $150 to $500, and we are sponsored by local and national dog-related businesses. Because we are a 501(c)3, donations are tax-deductible.

Our 2016 calendar (below) was themed DOGS ARE FUNNY. Cartoonists Dave Coverly (of Speed Bump) and Dick Sebastian (of Ohio) generously contributed the use of their work. It was a very successful fundraiser and we look forward to DOGS ARE FUNNY II in 2017.
